Questions

What people ask first

Do you take walk-ins?

No. I see one client at a time and by appointment only, so every visit has its own booked hour.

Is there a deposit?

No. You book a time and I hold it for you.

What if I need to change my time?

Tell me at least 24 hours ahead, by text or phone, and we will find another time.

How long does a manicure take?

A natural manicure takes about 40 minutes and a gel manicure about an hour. Every line on the menu has its time.

What is the difference between gel and soft-gel?

Gel is a thin colored layer cured under a lamp, over your own nail. Soft-gel tips or an overlay add length or strength. Ask and I will show you both.

Do I need to book removal?

If your nails were done somewhere else, yes: book removal first so I have time to take it off gently. Please do not pull off gel yourself.

What if a nail lifts?

Tell us within a few days and we'll make it right.

How do you clean your tools?

We clean and disinfect tools between clients, and metal tools go through an autoclave. Each client gets a new file and buffer.

Can I bring my child?

Children are welcome for a manicure with a parent in the room, and a child's visit has its own booked time.

How does pricing work?

Prices show on the booking page, next to each service. They depend on length, shape, product, art and removal.
