Working-hands manicure · 45 min

A manicure for hands that work

Short nails, chapped knuckles, hangnails and a fence to mend tomorrow.

This is the manicure most of my clients ask for. We keep your nails short and shaped to your day, then finish with a clear coat or a color that will hold up.

  • Cuticles and hangnails tidied

  • Rough edges filed smooth

  • A clear coat, a color or gel

The 45 minutes

How the hour goes

  1. 01

Step 1: We talk about your hands

You tell me what they do all day. I look at the nails and the skin and we agree how short to go.

  2. 02

Step 2: Soak, shape and tidy

A short soak, then shaping, cuticle care and a smooth file over any rough edges.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Finish and go

A buff and a clear coat or color. If you pick gel, it is cured under the lamp and dry when you leave.
