Studio policies

What to know before you book.

Booking and deposits

Appointments only, one client at a time, so there are no walk-ins. No deposit is taken to book. Choose a time online or text me.

Canceling and running late

Tell me at least 24 hours ahead if you cannot make it, by text or phone, and we will find another time.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a time without telling me, that hour stays empty. Text me to rebook and I will find the next opening.

Children and companions

Children are welcome for a manicure with a parent in the room. Because it is one table, a child's visit has its own booked time, and I ask that no other little ones come along.

Patch tests and allergies

Tell me if you have reacted to a nail product, or if you have a cut or an infection on your hands or feet. I may ask you to see your doctor first, and I will gladly rebook you. If you have diabetes or a wound on your foot, check with your doctor before a pedicure.

If you're not happy

If a nail lifts or a color chips early, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right. If your nails were done somewhere else, book removal first and please do not pull off gel yourself.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one in cash or on the card reader at the end of your visit.

Before your visit

Come with clean, dry hands and any polish you want taken off still on. If you wear glasses to read, bring them for the booking confirmation. Park in the gravel lot beside the garage.

Ready when you are

Choose a time, or text me a question.
